Mr. Jideofor AkpaBoard Chairman
Mr Jideofor Akpa is a consummate business man with over 25 years experience running several organisations in the Oil & Gas as well as transportation sectors of the Nigerian economy.
He is the Managing Director of International Maritime & Shipping Limited, a major tanker owning ,chartering and ship management firm in West Africa as well as IMSL Hydrocarbons Limited, an oil trading firm with vast experience and contacts in the international Oil & Gas sectors including three virgin oil blocks in Chad republic.
Mr Akpa is also a Shareholder and Director of Universal Mining & Metal Industries Limited, a mining company with 74.43 hectares of Copper, Lead and Zinc mineralisation in Ebonyi State of Nigeria.
He has attended several training programs with Oxford Princeton Programme in the UK as well as courses in the United States related to tanker ownership, management and operations.
He currently sits on the Board of several companies such as Shelter Fuels Limited, a major dredging concern as well as Calfrac Well Services Limited, a Nigerian subsidiary of a major Canadian Oil Services Company, amongst others.
With a background in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria (Nsukka), Mr Akpa has made outstanding commercial successes of all his endeavours and is an accomplished visionary and motivational business leader in many ways.
He leads the management team of Sub Sahara Corridors Corporation Limited,Tanzania a company currently developing a major port and 748 km pipeline project in southern tanzania as founding Chairman/CEO.

AIG Yerima Farah (Rtd) is a Director at Forthedge Security Services Limited; he has served Nigeria with a legacy of integrity and professionalism. He stands out as one of Nigeria’s most incorruptible and disciplined police officers, renowned for his unwavering commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct. Throughout his illustrious career in the Nigeria Police Force, he served with distinction, earning respect and admiration from his peers, subordinates, and the nation at large.
Known for his exceptional leadership and dedication to upholding the law, AIG Farah’s service was marked by high standards of discipline and accountability. As a Senior Officer, he consistently led by example, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism within the Force. He brings all of these positive attributes to bear in his role as a Director at Forthedge Security Services Ltd.
Over the years, his meritorious service earned him numerous accolades and awards across various units, reflecting his exemplary contributions to national security and development. His tenure included key roles such as:
- Commandant of the Police College Ikeja
- Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) for Maritime
- and a pivotal position in the Department of Finance and Administration.

Prince Bright Eweka holds a Master’s Degree in Security Management and Strategic Operations, and he is also a Swiss-trained Certified Physical Security Manager (CPSM®), Certified Intelligence Analyst (CINTA®), Certified Security Professional (CSP®), a designated Assistant Director and Fellow of the International Security Organization (ISO-SEC) Switzerland and Homeland School of Intelligence and Investigation Studies United Kingdom. Prince Eweka is currently a Security Consultant with a number of multinational organizations, and has been involved in security operations in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ghana, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Zimbabwe.

Jonah Obenoh is a distinguished Business Development expert and a passionate Security Management professional, renowned for his extensive expertise in security operations, personnel management, risk assessment, and strategic business growth. With a formidable background in law enforcement, surveillance, cybersecurity, and commercial security management, he has spearheaded numerous high-impact projects aimed at fortifying security infrastructures through cutting-edge digital innovations. His proficiency spans corporate security integration, intelligence collection, crisis management, and strategic marketing, positioning him as a formidable leader in both the security and business development landscapes.
Jonah’s academic foundation in Advertising and Promotion Management from the University of Lagos provided him with a strong foothold in the corporate sector, where he excelled as Head of Marketing at Media Distribution Network and Lafrique Promedia Limited. His expertise has been instrumental in the successful promotion of major brands, including Fidson Product Limited and Bokomo Cornflakes. However, driven by an innate passion for security—a calling deeply rooted in his upbringing as the son of a soldier—Jonah transitioned into the field of security, where he continues to make remarkable contributions. He was the Former Business Development Manager of Periscope Security, resigned to promote one of the biggest and impactful Safe School event in Benue State before Joining Forthedge Security Limited as the Head of Business Development and Marketing.
To further hone his expertise, he pursued specialized training in Security Risk Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. His thirst for advanced knowledge led him to the University of Bath, UK, where he studied 21st Century Warfare and Biological Warfare, gaining insights into modern security threats and global defense strategies.
